Headspace has a really nice introduction to Meditation for beginners and I used it for about a year. Really enjoying “Waking up” I have it on my phone as an audio book which is a great way to experience it. I recommend this book regardless of your belief system. I am a big fan of Sam Harris but did find his book a little difficult to fully grasp.
